(More customer reviews)I bought this for my son, he is a huge pokemon fan. It looked great and fits all his folders and books. Got it in Aug 2008 for 2008-2009 school year and it is already broken. Side pocket for water bottle broke in 2 mons and now the inside bottom is chipping off. The padding on the bottom cover plastic is wearing out and wood is chipping from it. If it chips off from the outside I would say it is from wear and tear and probably very ragged handling of my son. But it is coming from inside and he uses it to go to school and come back and they stay in one class for the whole day. For the price of the bag the quality is not acceptable.
