(More customer reviews)I originally submitted a review to express my disappointment in my purchase of a Talkatoo Voice Recordable Pendant (Bullseye with Clip). When I received it in the mail, it didn't work. However, within 15 minutes of sending an email to their customer service I received a reply and was sent a replacement within 2 days (even though it was the holiday season!). I had my gift in time for Christmas, and was amazed with the level of customer service. The new device works great - so I think the original one I was sent was an anomoly. I would absolutly purchase from Talkatoo again!
