(More customer reviews)This backpack is not what it seems to be. It would only fit a 2 year old. I went back to check the dimensions and only then did I realize that they were given in centimeters. I should have read more careful, but I trusted that it would be a usable backpack, not doll sized. It seems that the only way to possibly return it is to make a CALL to the UK. I have always used Amazon because I have been satisfied with their return policy. Now it seems that I have to be skeptical of even the great Amazon.
