(More customer reviews)I bought 2 pink Leappad organizers, one for each of my daughter's Leappads. I love that I was able to get pink (I have girly girls & the older, green & blue Leappads). They got the Leapster system as a joint Xmas gift, and I'm able to also store that + its 2 additional cartridges towards the back of this organizer. It's a bit of a tight fit, but works well to protect it, also. Behind the pink pages (3 slots on each side to store a total of 12 books) is a small vertical slot on top of a larger, thicker slot. I keep the Leapster in the smaller opening, and there are 2 mesh cartridge on top of this for the Leapster cartridges. The larger slot is for the Leappad, with a velcro band fitting tightly (but easily) across both units. The Leapster cartridges are wider than Leappad and will not fit in the Leappad, so no fear of getting my 2 Spongebob cartridges confused! I'm very happy with this system, and no longer worry about the books getting ripped & cartridges lost/separated from the books. Quick and easy to grab both units on the way out the door, too!

My First LeapPad Backpack- Pink Review

(More customer reviews)We bougth the Leap Pad for our 2 1/2 year old twins for Christmas but needed a place to store everything we bought to go with it. I was a bit disappointed that it was only made for 3 books/cartridges....we have 6, plus the extra book that comes with it. I did find that it was fairly easy to double up the cartridges in the little mesh pockets and you can even put 5 books in the book pockets if you stagger them right. I keep one book in the unit and slide one more in front of the unit itself. That seems to work and zips up just fine. My girls seem to be able to get them out pretty good but need some help replacing them in the backpack. I am glad that I don't have the accessories lying all over the house though.... a good buy overall.
