She sleeps with it, soft enough to be used as a pillow, big enough to be used as a body pillow, great purchase.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this, not realizing just how big 30 inches is! It's a HUGE Care Bear but it's adorable. My daughter (who is not quite 30 inches tall herself!) will grow to love it, I'm sure. It cleans easily (I used baby wipes) and is soft. I don't think I'd use it as a pillow for my daughter but it will definitely be added to her stuffed animal collection.
