He is a Hong Kong bootleg or fake, which I knew when I bought him & confirmed with the seller(it's good to be up-front). Very well-made for a bootleg though and cute! I encourage you to only buy bootlegs for fun at low prices but be sure to get the actual licensed versions as well,and if you have been deceived into buying what you thought was an authentic product, ask for a refund or contact the anime company. ^_^
There is also a serious faced Kero and a Sakura plush that are bootlegs.
