(More customer reviews)Yes, its plain thin vinyl. It probably will rip or tear with very little effort. Like if a 8 year old girl decides to try and hug it while its on the wall. Or worse yet, wants to kid it repeatedly. Its Justin Bieber though, so who cares, right?
The price is right for this thing so its not all that big of a deal. Looks good hanging on the door or over the bed or on the wall or over a window or any other place your tween wants to swoon.
What can I say, a 38 year old woman thinks its crap but my 7 year old want to marry it.
